This is what you'll do as a project manager in industrial automation

In this challenging role as Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects simultaneously and work closely with various teams within our company. Your focus is on managing innovative projects from start to finish. These are your key responsibilities:

Assisting in defining responsibilities, roles, tools, and deliverables.
Preparing kick-off sessions and monitoring and reporting on project progress.
Delivering project planning, cost estimation, resource allocation, and risk analysis.
Delivering systems in accordance with agreed terms, on time, and within budget.
Acting as the main point of contact for the internal organization, clients, and external partners.
Handing over completed projects to the service team and organizing lessons learned sessions.

What you bring as a project manager

A completed technical degree at HBO or university level.
At least three years of experience in project management within a similar industry or company.
A strong affinity for and experience with high-tech, machine construction, and/or industrial automation.
Core project management skills, including planning, scope and requirements management, risk management, project monitoring, and reporting.

This describes you as a project manager

You adopt a coaching management style and have the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams to bring out their best.
You have strong communication skills, both internally with the team and externally with clients and suppliers.
You possess solid project management expertise and have detailed knowledge of project management methods and tools.
You are customer-oriented, actively engaging with clients to understand and fulfill their needs.
You are results-driven, focusing on achieving project goals while delivering quality within agreed timelines and budgets.
